Endress + Hauser 10D magnetic flowmeter

7" colour touchscreen

Smartphone dedicated to the pump for remote control

Onboard charging station for the smartphone

Router and antenna providing it's own wi-fi network

Tank sensor bar (to hang over the neck of the tank you are filling - this will stop the pump when the tank is full)

User Interface:
The user interface consists of 4 main screens:

A permanent status bar shows the status of the pump and sensors at all times.

During operation the system will shut down automatically on any of the following events:

Completion of the set batch volume
-
The tank sensor is active indicating a full destination tank
-
No flow
-
Erratic flow (usually caused by an empty feed tank)

Failure to communicate with the radio transmitter (if in use)
