With many years of experience and our own in-house workshop, we can provide pumps to suit any application within your winery. Our range includes:
Centrifugal pumps are ideal for transfers or products that have low viscosity or low solids content. Available in different sizes and speeds they are seen in virtually every winery in the world!
CSF Inox, Mencarelli, Liverani
Rubber Impeller Pumps
Rubber impeller pumps are extremely versatile, being able to handle products with higher viscosity and solids content. They are also reversible pumps that can generate high flowrates for their size.
These pumps are self priming and when coupled with an electronic speed controller will quickly become your pump of choice in the winery!
Helical Screw Pumps
Helical screw pumps (or progressive cavity pumps) are widely known in the industry because they have several key features. They are self priming, high pressure, positive displacement pumps, so they are ideal for transferring products such as must or lees.
CSF Inox, CME
Peristaltic pumps are one of the most gentle pumps you can possibly use. A rubber hose is progressively squashed by a roller squeezing the product through. Able to handle solids and attain relatively high pressures, they can be used for a multitiude of tasks in the winery. These pumps are also one of the few pumps that can be run dry without problems! If you want something to treat your valuable wine with care, this is the pump for you.
Piston Pumps are one of the most common pumps in Europe. They are able to handle relatively high solids contents and have the ability to run dry without causing damage.

The Types of Pumps We Can Provide You With
With our in-house workshop, we can provide a custom winery pump tailored to your unique requirements. Here is a list of a few pump styles that you might have an interest in:
We have centrifugal pumps available. These are ideal for transfers of products that have a low viscosity or low solids content. Centrifugal pumps are standard in almost every winery in the world, and we can provide them in different sizes and speeds to better suit them to your requirements. Our suppliers include CSF Inox, Mencarelli, and Liverani.
If you need rubber impeller pumps, we have them. More versatile than the centrifugal pumps, these can handle higher viscosities and liquids with higher solids content. These pumps come reversible and generate excellent flow rates for their size. To top all of that, they are self-priming and will quickly become your pump of choice when coupled with an electronic speed controller. Our suppliers for these include Mencarelli and Liverani.
We also sell peristaltic pumps. These gentle pumps utilise a rubber hose progressively squashed by a roller to squeeze product through. They can easily handle solids and can achieve high pressures. Peristaltic pumps are one of the few pumps capable of running dry without causing any problems. Our suppliers for these are CME.
Our helical screw pumps are excellent, providing you with several features. They self-prime, they can handle high pressure, and are positive displacement pumps. These are an excellent choice for transferring products such as must or lees. Our supplier for these is CSF Inox.
Understanding which products can provide which benefits is an essential part of putting together the right setup. Luckily, we make that process easy and provide all the information you need. Should you have any more questions about particular products, do not hesitate to contact us so we can help.
